Who sends these texts

Texts are sent personally by Josh Sweeney (Founderscale) using Relately, his relationship-management tool. They come from a single US phone number registered for A2P 10DLC messaging.

What you'll receive

• Personal invitations to events Josh is hosting (for example, founder dinners).
• Follow-ups about those invitations, such as an RSVP confirmation or a change of time or place.

No marketing, promotions or third-party messages. Frequency varies: usually a few messages per event, and typically no more than 4 messages per month.

How you opted in

Josh only texts people who have told him (in person, by phone or by email) that they agree to receive event texts from him. He records that consent in Relately before any text is sent. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Opting out and help

Reply STOPto any message to stop receiving texts; you'll get one confirmation and nothing after that. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or email josh@founderscale.com.

Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your mobile number and your consent are used only to send you these messages. Mobile numbers and opt-in data are never sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Numbers are shared only with the messaging provider (Twilio) as needed to deliver the texts.

Replies are used to record your RSVP or opt-out. Other reply text is kept for at most 30 days. To have your number removed, reply STOP or email the address above.
